Yesterday’s Goals

Yesterday was a big football day. First off was Manchester United vs. Liverpool (8 am here, missed most of the match :P) it ended 2-0 to the Red Devils, with a discouraging display by Liverpool who now are 11 points behind leaders Man Utd, in 11th place.

The second game featured Reading and Arsenal. My boys put on an awesome display of teamwork. This new team spirit in Arsenal is overwhelming, I dont think anyone these days can say that Arsenal = Henry. The game ended 4-0 to the Arsenal, beating a team that drew with Manchester United, and disappointingly drew with Chelsea (last week, through an own goal). I hope this current form can only get better from game to game, as November creeps upon us (November is known to be a bad month for Arsenal).

The third match is one of the biggest in football. A reported 1.5 billion people around the world tuned in to watch the match, its none other than El Classico, the Real Madrid vs. Barcelona. I was glad to see Madrid (even though I hate them, but I hate Chelsea too and I was with them in their game against Barca) kick Barca’s ass (remember this?). The game ended 2-0 to Madrid, Ronaldinho still didnt show up, he went missing right before the Champs League Final. This proves my point that Barcelona without a well formed Ronaldinho is just another team. El 3eed 3eedain 7ag ba3th il nas.
