Whenever I tell people that I cant sleep without the TV being on [muted, I like the changes in the light coming from the TV, when I am trying to sleep] people think I am weird, now I can tell them about Rooney. .:.Link.:.

Total darkness and maybe a little calming music.. Something like beathoven or jamie cullum or frank sinatra..
He looks weird in the first place! and because he is weird his girlfriend aint hot! No wonder!
That is wierd. My friend had a white-noise maker to sleep. One of the noises was ‘tropical’ that includes frogs croaking! I personally prefer silence. One weird thing about me is that I can’t sleep if my feet are covered. LOL. I know people like to to be covered head to toe, but not me!

i suggest roony gets rid of his Central Cooling/heating system , and use a good old noisy kindaishon.. i know ALOT who can’t sleep without it’s noise.
I thought I was the only one who did this. I’ve done it since I was a small child. Now 44. How many hairdryers through the years!!!
