You’ve probably seen this guy before. As an anchor on CNN and I think he was in the BBC before that. His name is Richard Quest. He was arrested in Central Park a few days ago for:

….. with some drugs in his pocket, a rope around his neck that was tied to his genitals, and a sex toy in his boot….
