What a goal from Van Persie today (again from an Eboue cross, three games in a row where Eboue’s crosses became goal assists), he scored twice (here is a link for the first goal) in the 2-1 away win at Charlton, which puts Arsenal with 11 points from 6 games (they have a game in hand). On top of that, Chelsea drew today, and Liverpool lost. Hopefully Newcastle can take a point (atleast) from Manchester United.

3ala goolat my favorite arsenal journalist (you’ll find his site in my links, arsenalnewsreview.co.uk) he says that arsenal is like a finely tuned engine and international weeks, when players dont train with the team, and instead leave for their respective national teams, the fine tuning goes away, and it will take a while to get that engine running in the same way.
