Taha Yasine Ramadhan (is that the way you spell his name?) told his Lebanese lawyer, that Saddam on the 9th of April 2003, said goodbye to him for the last time (according to Saddam) and equipped himself with a RPG and a machine gun and wanted to fight the Americans and die as a shaheed. But Ramadhan,? known for his good qualities, actually persuaded Saddam out of the idea and told him that the country needs you as the leader in a crisis like this. A few days later they left the safe house only to meet each other again in court. In a similar turn, when the American forces found Ramadhan’s safe house, he aimed a gun on his head to commit suicide, only to stop cause the Americans threatened to kill his son (gun on his head too) if he killed himself. Yeah like that’s what happened.
Does he seem like a guy who would actually go and fight American tanks?

In Other news ABC claims they found a document which shows that a senior Iraqi envoy met with Osama bin Laden in 1995. They finally found a document which proves the Americans claim before the war, however this doesn’t claim that Saddam had anything to do with 9/11. I say forget it, you guys are already in there, you don’t need to make up new stuff about why you went to war.
And another interesting? thing I have found is that the last foreign minister under Saddam Naji Sabri was actually paid by the French intelligence and the CIA with the help of a third country as a intermediary. They wanted to get information about weapons of mass destruction and Saddam’s inner circles. He was paid $100,000 while he was in New York to attend a UN meeting in September of 2002. He confirmed that Saddam possessed chemical weapons, and he was seeking nuclear weapons, but he was a long way from getting a nuke. He broke off contact, when the CIA wanted him to defect to America and publicly renounce Saddam.
The report says that the info that Sabri provided was more accurate than what the CIA had at that time.
He was never on the infamous deck of cards, and was never arrested. He resides in Qatar (where else?) and teaching journalism at a University there. He was recently interviewed after these spy allegations came up, but he denied it. He did the right thing to deny it, but he sold out at such a cheap price!
