Really Weird Email, for real

Subject: Transferring to California
Hi Yazeed,

No problems. I just wanted to make sure that you had this information in writing.
1) Your I-20 for ELS Ruston is still valid.
2) You may enter the US on the ELS Ruston I-20.
3) In order to transfer directly to California, you must report to ELS Ruston (phone call, email that you have entered the country) and request a transfer before the next program start date.
If you enter the US before the next program start date, but do not report or request a transfer, then you must attend classes in ELS Ruston for one session before transferring.
So, what does this mean specifically for you?
If you enter the US before January 15, 2007, then you MUST report and request a transfer before January 15, 2007.
If you enter the US after January 15, 2007, then you can MUST report and request a transfer before the next session start date (February 12, 2007).

A few things you guys should know:

1. I never applied for ELS
2. I never applied for Louisiana Tech
3. I never thought of transferring to Cali (well I did, but not anymore :P)
4. I didnt get married, even when I went to Vegas, I didnt get married.

I sent her an email, I hope this is one huge weird mix up. *gulp*
