Ramadhan Will Be Missed

With all the targee3 I went through during ramadhan, the complaining, and whatever else i went through, it will be missed even though its was not a “full” ramadhan. Being different than everyone else, gatherings, the food, the spirit, the whole package made it special.

Not really looking forward to getting back to normal life. It will be missed, cant wait for it next year.

Will you miss it? Or are you happy that its finally over?

I will miss it very much. The peace of mind, the fasting, the Qiyaam, the serenity of it all.

I’m glad it’s finally over, and I think this is the last one I’m going to fast. It’s a bitch, I hate this month.

      amer,
even though not everything here revolves around ramadhan (hardly anything would be correct too) but I tried to recreate the things that happen back home, went to qiyaam a few times and so on, but nothing beats being home.

      Me,
      :)

That’s true Yazeed, I lived most of my life outside Kuwait and no matter how you deal with Ramadan or what you partake in, it’s never the same as in being at home.
