You don’t need Photoshop or any other program to do some basic editing on a image anymore, just do it online. Here are two great tools you can use.
The first one, Snipshot, which is what I use to make a quick fix on an image. Although its fairly limited tools (cropping, resizing, enhancing, rotating, or adjusting color levels) I still prefer it. The main reason is because it has a Firefox add on that makes editing images you find online a breeze. You right click, choose edit in Snipshot, it opens the image at Snipshot, you do your editing, then you can save it to your flickr, a free image host, or download it (in various formats).
The other tool you can use is Pixenate. They offer slightly more tools that you can use. I have only used them once, but since I mainly use these online tools to resize photos, I choose Snipshot mainly because of the Firefox add on. You can still easily add photos to edit i Pixenate, either by uploading, entering the URL of the image, or using a bookmark.
