   “Harees” is a name used for many types of food, which one are you refering to? Cause if it’s the one we have, i will take the picture and send it to you

   Khould,
   well it takes a long long time to prepare has meat in it, and harees seeds, they are cooked for a long time and get beaten by a wooden stick, when it is finnaly done it is served with a little bit of grease and a mixture cinamon and sugar powder.
