I just changed the software used on my feeds page. I was having updating problems with the old feeds page. I used Gregarius which has a nice, somewhat straightforward way to display feeds. It uses AJAX, which makes the interface a bit cooler than the old interface I had set up thanks to Jacqui :P.
You can manually refresh the feeds, only if you are using Firefox, Mozilla, and Opera (I dont know about Safari). I’ve set it to update the feeds every 15 minutes.
You can view the posts by clicking the post’s name, or you can visit the original post by clicking on the source’s name (most of the time, its the title of the blog that published the post).
