
For some odd reason, I cant nap!
I can sleep, and I do a pretty good job at that, but when it comes to napping, I suck.
I cant lay down and take an hour of sleep. Seems like my body is convinced that every-time I am tucked in bed, if its night or day, it seems to assume that it needs some serious shut-eye. A normal afternoon nap for me is 3 hours! I just wish I was one of those people who can pull off those short power naps.
So for the time being, no naps, or I mess up the whole waking up early thing ( 5.30 am :cry: ).





salamo 3aleiko!! that’s why you’ve been away! I totally think that naps are no good! bel3aks a7san tnam for a good couplpe of hours wala mess your day for a nap.. skip it!
no way, power naps are the best.. yabeelek shway shway et3awed jesmik.. but do that on wknds only or holidays where u an afford to test that theory.. and dont ask someone to call u to wake u up.. that’ll never work! yabeela someone there to physically wake u up when ur system refuses to cooperate!

Same thing as you! I can’t nap.. I just sleep through the rest of the day or night.. so I stay up until I can sleep early! That is my only solution!

i always nap..even sometimes for 20 mins only…
I’m simply not mature enough to be able to nap. I don’t have the mental power to wake myself up after one hour, or even if I do I’ll keep going.
Just the other day, I took a nap at 3:30pm, woke up 4:30am with lots of work to be done within 2 hours.
So many weekends wasted with sleeping, so many fights with friends happened ’cause I over slept and ignored their calls, so many sunrises I’ve witnessed..

I usually hit the hay at about 3:30 pm each day, HOPING to take a “short” nap to unwind. I always end up waking at 7! Or half past six if I’m really lucky.
Urgh I hate naps, I wake up mista3sira o depressed and incredibly desperate need for something sweet 0.0

i will give you a small advise from girl that expert in NAP..
try to talk 2 ur body twice a day ” i will have a short nap.. life is pretty good that i don`t wanna waste it in sleeping” and do that for 10 days and if its not working .. contact me
What’s the point of napping? you’re not getting enough sleep, and you’re not using the time to be productive.
Hffff me neither! Thats why i cut napping out of my schedule once and for all. Sleep early wake up early. Nothing in between. Im normal once again!
