I have never been so annoyed by a commercial in my long life. No matter what channel I happen to be watching, I immediately change the program. I hope the program directors get this message. I would also like to know what ad agency dreamed up this nightmare commercial. I will not only not buy this product but I urge others who feel like me to boycott this medication.

I too found this site after having endured this commercial for the six thousandth time. I would rather have my head explode from excruciating pain than listen to that ad or reward anyone using such an annoying method of advertising. Perhaps that’s the idea; give the consumer a headache with your ad so they’ll buy your product. I too wish there were some way I could let the jerks know what I think of them. And, as pointed out, there are two more commercials of the same ilk out there. It’s a good thing they don’t post a website during the ad or they’d be shut down quickly.

This product used to be known as something else. And the commercial was much more low key. It usually showed a little girl who didn’t feel good, mommy applied the product and soon all was better.

S (and everyone else who posted),

I actually googled “annoying head-on commercial” because I knew there had to be others out there who despise that commercial as much as I do. I was right.

I agree that that has to be the most annoying commercial I have ever seen — I am actually offended by it, and literally turn the channel every time it comes on (which is too much!)

Lastly, I hope that advertisers are reading this and understand that I (and I’m sure many others) would BOYCOTT any product that was advertised in this way, on principle alone.

Head On advertisers: Apply that directly to your forehead, or anywhere else you choose!

the most dumb and annoying commercial ever, instead of repeating themselves over and over and over shouldn’t they explain a little more about the product other than apply directly to the forehead, sounds like a ripoff and probally dont work.
