Follow the instructions on this website. They give you $0.25 of free talk time, about 3 minutes of talk time from the US to Kuwait. You can add to your account through paypal.
mmm, interesting. gonna give it a go. do u think its better skype (never used skype either).
i would say skype is better, since its built to for internet telephony and this is just a convenient “hack” to use gtalk to do that, that is until google does something about it.
