Judging from our success last week with our Kabsa, we took it a step further and tried our hand in Machboos. Its my absolute favorite dish. I didn’t know it was this easy. It was a lot better than the Kabsa we made. But this time I will not display pictures of the chicken, it was tasty and even better than last week, but it didn’t look good, skin was hanging all over the place, not a very pretty scene. We decided to make this a weekly thing, rotating between kabsa and machboos.
I leave you with the pics.

Looks tasty, doesn’t it?

Daqoooooous.

I am proud of it!
For pics of the chicken, email me :).
