I just read this article (arabic). Seems Osama Bin Laden attacked liberals such as Ghazi Al Ghusaibi, Turki Al Hamd, and other prominent Gulf Liberals in his latest recording that aired on Al Jazeera last week.
Apparently the segment was not broadcasted on Al Jazeera. But was leaked, in what Elaph calls a battle of the leadership in Al Jazeera, who want to see Al Jazeera become entirely pro Ikhwan. Al Jazeera initially cut that segment to protect the figures that Bin Laden mentioned, and now they fear that Al Qaeda “worshippers” will take action against the people mentioned.
So after Bin Laden seriously failed in bombing Saudi Arabia (ok he bombed a few places but he or his people did not? benefit anything), he wants his people to take out the people whom he calls 3ilmaneeyeen who “mock their religion.”
I want to get rid of Osama Bin Laden! We need the liberals to fix these damn countries a bit! More like a balance of how things should be! I hate the ikhwan, and we have the same problem with them in Kuwait! I dont want my civil liberties treaded upon because of some idiot guy in the Ikhwan!
Bin Laden is not worth shit right now, if he is dead or alive, nothing will change. He did his part and it doesnt matter if hes dead or alive right now, he implanted his ideology in countless others, if he dies, another bin laden will show up.
Thats a bigger problem the we have to figure out a way to deal with. We are in a deeper mess than we think.
Agreed. It is alot more difficult then what people think. Its very simple when i say this.. cut off the money and the problem will solve itself! The reason these political religious people are able to do so much is because they have funding! Cut off the funding and see what happens to these people!
Yeah that, and make them as an example for others, get a bad rep for that, but it will be worth it
