Starting yesterday, GMail is now open to any user who wants to join, you dont need an invite anymore. Google says now they have enough capacity to cover anyone who wants to join.
Its not gonna matter a lot anyways cause I think everyone who wanted a GMail account, already has one.
I think they should have left it the way it was, invites made gmail feel “special“, now its just as normal as hotmail or yahoo (minus the storage capacity)
It’s “Gmail”—>Google, nothing like hotmail or yahoo.

thanks for the link man, i didnt have gmail before. I never bothered although did get invitations. Now that i saw ur link, i simply decided to get me an account.
