Hopefully we will sign a real striker now. Normally I would assume Wenger has a trick up his sleeve, but the past few summers proved otherwise. I wanna see a real striker replace Henry, not someone with potential to be the next Henry. Sure RvP is good, Adebayor is improving, and they say that Bendtner is the real deal, but we need an Eto or Adriano now. Dont know what is going to happen, there is still ample time at the transfer market, and I know Arsenal, they sign people out of the Blue, no rumors or nothing, but those were the Dein years.
All we got now is the memories. Thanks for all your service. I dont want to wish you luck at Barca cause I hate them, so I guess this is goodbye!

it is being said that barca offered eto in exchange and arsenal refused, with some other sources saying that eto refused to move. it will be frustrating to wait and see who we get, its still early in the summer, more than 2 months left in the transfer window, and with ur star striker gone, the rumors will not stop!
but i think we need a “veira” much more than we need a “henry”

wenger sold overmars and petit during their “prime” and we all know what happened to them, veira same thing too. I think he knew henry wasnt going to be the same player again, thats why he was sold, cash in on him before its too late. lets wait and see what he does with barca.

there is always something good that comes out of everything, u dont sell ur “star” without having a trick up ur sleeve, and its not like the offer (16 million pounds, i deal with pounds in the transfer market, blame championship manager :P) was too good to refuse.
