You probably noticed that my site was down a few hours ago.
I emailed my host, the reply was filled with somewhat techy jargon that I dont really get. I mean I cant see why they would say that.
Here is the reply from them from an hour ago:
The 500 error you are seeing is the
result of your specific site hitting a concurrent connection throttle.
The throttles are typically meant to stop a domain from getting exploited
or from out of control traffic causing a server to crash. They certainly
shouldn’t stop you from reaching any disk space or bandwidth limits.
However highly dynamic sites are more likely to trigger these ever
changing limits as they tend to run up the CPU and RAM usage.Since your site is one of the heavy hitters on the apache server, we may
need to throttle your site in the future.
I’ve noticed somewhat increased traffic over the past few days, but nothing too much (about 20% increase) mainly because of the Britney Spears posts!
Basically, can someone tell me what do they mean, and what can I do. (I’ve been using WP-Cache for a few days now, so I am now sure that caching isn’t really helping here.)

ha ha ha
basicly they have a limit , its not a limit of how many viewer , its a limit of how many connection per second can be made to the server , and you reached that limit
but because your site is not just some html text you reach these limit faster than other site , because you not only use the hard disk space on the server but other items as well
becuase your site is the heaviest user on the this server you may encounter this error again in the future
thanks forza
turns out i got 35 p users online at the same time 2 days ago, i guess thats what block the connections to my site.
