I found this in the newspaper today and had to share it. Dont worry no spoilers here.

SANTA MONICA, Calif. - Two fraternity boys want to make lawsuit against “Borat” over their drunken appearance in the hit movie.
The legal action filed Thursday on their behalf claims they were duped into appearing in the spoof documentary “Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan,” in which they made racist and sexist comments on camera.
The young men “engaged in behavior that they otherwise would not have engaged in,” the lawsuit says.
“Borat” follows the adventures of comedian Sacha Baron Cohen’s Kazakh journalist character in a blend of fiction and improvised comic encounters as he travels across the United States and mocks Americans.
The plaintiffs were not named in the lawsuit “to protect themselves from any additional and unnecessary embarrassment.” They were identified in the movie as members of Chi Psi fraternity at the University of South Carolina, and appeared drunk as they made insulting comments about women and minorities to Cohen’s character.
The lawsuit claims that in October 2005, a production crew took the students to a bar to drink and “loosen up” before participating in what they were told would be a documentary to be shown outside the United States.

Those two go to my school! After the law suit was filed, we had TV people walking around campus interviewing students for their opinions on the movie and the lawsuit.

Sacha Cohen makes a movie ridiculing muslims, under the guise of ridiculing Kazakhastan. Kazakhastan, a country which not too long ago was ignored by the world. Why the change? Kazakhastan has found large oil reserves, and Kazakhastan may use its wealth to exercise political influence. Sacha Cohen will therefore ridicule Kazakhs and muslims before they get a chance to be heard in the world. Does this sound familiar? Saudis dont let women drive, Turks have a repressive criminal justice system, Afghanistan is a pariah state.
Sacha Cohen should look no further than the recent history of his own people, the Jews. The Germans ridiculed the Jews in film and in print, what was the result? The Germans then considered the Jews as less than human and committed atrocities. Sacha Cohen has succeeded in being the new Joseph Goebbels. Muslims will not be the new victims of the crematoria.
If you honestly believe he is ridiculing muslims, then you havent seen the movie or all the clips.
In the movie itself, there is a racist comment by a person telling borat to remove the moustache cause he looks arab, therefore he looks like a terrorist/muslim.
He continues to make fun of all races, jews, blacks, whites. You need to open up ur mind a bit, and take it easy.
You definitly have not seen the movie if you think he makes fun of Muslims. He makes fun of Jews more then anything else, and that’s only because he is jewish. You must be watching some otehr movie…
