Arsenal’s New Record?

Arsenal might have set an European record by fielding a team that came from 11 different countries (there are 11 players in a team :P) in European Competition. I think its impressive, shows how international Arsenal are, and how the Arsenal “Family” is getting along.
The “World XI” lasted for 41 minutes, from the 28th minute till the 69th. It consisted of:

Jens Lehmann (Germany); Emmanuel Eboue (Ivory Coast), Johan Djourou (Switzerland), Justin Hoyte (England), William Gallas (France); Tomas Rosicky (Czech Republic), Gilberto (Brazil), Cesc Fabregas (Spain), Alexander Hleb (Belarus); Emmanuel Adebayor (Togo), Robin van Persie (Holland)

It is not yet confirmed as statisticians are looking over the record books, but they dont believe it has happened in Europe before.

i don’t think it’s good thing when an English team doesn’t have at lest 4 English player.
it’s not a good thing at all it’s a bad record.

i think arsenal should get more english players because its an english team and the english fans of the club will soon realize that their beloved team consists of only 2 english players (hoyte, walcott) and some bad things might happen. but as a non english fan of arsenal i like all the players we have and i feel they all have great talent.

wat records did Man U break or championships won in the last 4 years, i think their so called great start of the season is comin to an end soon and then they will crash and burn.
