I was looking over my stats, and saw that a number of visitors came from this weird website, so I decided to check it out. Turns out its an Arabic version of Digg.
The name is a bit weird, I thought that they would use the same name of Digg but in Arabic, e7fir 
but they used the name darbet. Check it out here. .:.Link.:.
