I feel I can say that to some extent things are just healthier in England. The food is better- better produce, meat and poultry, veggies, more access to organic foods, more focus on holistic healing and natural medicine than the US. But on the other hand, there could be uncontrollable environmental and genetic factors involved - geography, industry etc....lots of reasons... But still, my overall impression is that England is generally much healthier and more focused on well being, quality of life and prevention than the US is. MsB Yazeed-
