A Good Thing: Instapaper

Since I browse the web during work, and sometimes I wont have the time to finish reading an article, I’d normally copy the URL and email it to myself so that I could read it later when I go home. I found that to be unpractical and its clutters my inbox.

So I searched for a solution, and I found Instapaper. You just add a bookmark from instapaper on your browser (I use firefox, dont know about if it will work with IE or others), you click it when you are on the article’s page, and it sends the link to instapaper (you have to create an accout, very simple), and it saves all your bookmarks there. Kinda like your own customised rss reader but with links that you put in.

I use Del.icio.us with Flock browser. When I book mark anything on the browsers, it automatically save it on my delicious account

Yet, Instapaper looks cool. I’ll start using it and compare both services.

opera is good, but the lack of “extensions” is the main reason i dont use it as much now. But with the new firefox 3 (still in beta) being more suffienct at memory levels, i think firefox is no doubt the clear choice when u weigh up everything (memory, extensions, etc.)

lol I guess they should It’s installed in every PC i use (even my friends’ PCs just in case i used them) lol

Anyhow, I loved Instapaper. And it’s working fine with flock too I’ve added the feed to my google reader and phone
