2nd try at Machboos

Its been a while since the guys and I have cooked something. The other day we decided to give machboos another try, the first try? wasnt very good. The other guys were not excited this time, so I had to chip in to do more work. The result of the 70% yazeez machboos were stunning by my standards. It was better than what we do back home (except when my mom does it).

I am assuming that this dish is eaten with the tomato gravy you have made. I think biryani is very good but takes time.
