The first is PicLens (also supports Safari). Which is a really nice way to view a group of pictures, it displays them in this 3D wall. It supports Flickr, Facebook, Google, Picasa, and a bunch of other websites.

The second is Tab Effect. It adds an effect when you change from tab to tab. Cool, not useful at all, but cool, so its good in my book

Just go to awesomehighlighter.com, enter in the link, highlight the part you want, and click done.
It will then give you a new link that you can share that contains the highlighted part.
They also have a firefox addon, and a bookmark thingi, similar to instapaper.
